  1. Burren National Park: Located just a short drive from the Cliffs of Moher, the Burren National Park is a unique and scenic area that is home to a variety of flora and fauna. Visitors can enjoy hiking, birdwatching, and exploring the park’s ancient tombs and castles.
  2. Doolin Village: Located just a few miles from the Cliffs of Moher, Doolin is a charming village known for its traditional music scene. Visitors can enjoy live music in the village’s pubs, as well as take a ferry to the Aran Islands from the Doolin Pier.
  3. The Burren Perfumery: Located in the heart of the Burren, the Burren Perfumery is a working perfumery that produces a range of natural perfumes and skincare products. Visitors can take a tour of the perfumery and learn about the process of making natural perfumes.
  4. Bunratty Castle and Folk Park: Located about a 30-minute drive from the Cliffs of Moher, Bunratty Castle is a well-preserved 15th-century castle that is open to the public. The castle is surrounded by the Bunratty Folk Park, which recreates life in Ireland in the 19th century and features a range of exhibits, including a thatched cottage, a blacksmith’s forge, and a schoolhouse.

To get to the Cliffs of Moher, you can take a bus from Dublin or Shannon Airport. Alternatively, you can drive from either location. From Dublin, the Cliffs of Moher are about a 2.5-hour drive via the M6 and M18 motorways. From Shannon Airport, they are about a 45-minute drive via the N18 and R478. You can also take a train to Ennis and then catch a bus from there to the cliffs.
