With this update you will see a new Office 365 Mobile Apps service plan in the Office 365 Admin portal. Office Mobile Apps for Office 365 contains a user on/off switch, to give you some control with the rollout of these new capabilities within your organization. Beginning mid-June as they roll out this update, Office Mobile Apps for Office 365 will be turned on-by-default unless you have explicitly turned it off for your organization.
If you are not ready to use these apps, you can turn off Office Mobile Apps for Office 365, on a per user basis.
