Kaizala Pro now included in Office 365

July 01, 2019 Technology

Microsoft Kaizala Pro recently become part of Office 365 or Microsoft 365 A1 subscription.

Microsoft Kaizala

Kaizala Pro may be visible in the Office 365 app launcher (where users will see a Microsoft Kaizala icon) and be on-by-default for your organization. Additionally, if Kaizala is visible, users will be able to start using the Kaizala Management Portal and link their Office 365 account on the Kaizala mobile app.

To maintain consistency with Microsoft Teams, where Teams is default OFF and requires the IT Admin to make a deliberate decision to activate use for your users.

If you have already disabled Kaizala for your tenant or all users, this change will not impact your settings. If you would like Kaizala to be available to your users, you will need to reset the Kaizala tenant-level admin control to ON.
